How old should I be to start training on the Power Plate machines?
If you will be training with a physiotherapist or a certified Power Plate instructor, the minimum recommended age to commence the work out is 12 years. Obviously, frequency, position and duration of the training will have to be adapted to the specific person concerned. All exercises should be performed in ‘low’ mode/frequency.
