How old is my Greek Tortoise?
it is hard to tell the age of a tortoise, you can’t count rings as some think as a tortoise can have more than one growth spurt a year, the main way is to look at the wear and tear of the shell and you can get a rough age, but if you send pictures to this site http://www.tortoisetrust.org/ they can roughly tell you how old your tortoise is but the only real way is to have one from hatching, tortoises grow at different rates so the size will only give you a rough guide, best of luck honey
