She will most likely come into heat about 6 to 9 months of age and it is not recommended that you let them breed for the first time. It is usually recommended that you wait until they are 2 years old before you breed them. A chihuahua is subject to many health problems when they become pregnant so make sure she has plenty of calcium in her diet or she could become sick and have seizures.
