Well the question being asked is difficult to answer.  Its mostly opinion as to when you can tell your parents you don’t want to visit them anymore.  If were discussing teens then when the "child" moves out at first they either feel independent and don’t want to see their parent(s), or they’re homesick and miss them.  If its justa case of,"Im sick of arguing with you/ I just don’t feel like dealing with you,"  then its best you break it off there if your sure.  But back to the main question, I’d have to say its different for most, but I’d say one you move out (which is probably around 18), whenever you don’t want to see them just say so.
