You have to be at least 16 to work at any dairy Queen, from what I understand.

I’m not sure about Michigan state law, but in NH where I live, you can get a job at 14. You can’t work past 7 on weeknights though, because you need time for your schoolwork. Once you’re 16 though, I believe you can work until 9 or 9:30 pm.
