How old do my kids have to be to workout?
A. Kids 12 and over will be able to exercise on the weight machines that have stacks and pins. They will also be able to use the cardio equipment and take areobics classes. But only children over the age of 14 will be able to use the free weights such as barbells and dumbbells. Basically, children 12 and over can exercise on any equipment that sits on the carpet and must stay off of the black mats where the free weights are.
