Any individual 15 ½ years of age or older, who wishes to participate in the Basic RiderCourse (BRC) must posses either a valid drivers license, an instruction permit, or have proof of a successful completion of the classroom portion of a basic driver’s education program. NOTE: Any person younger than 18 years must also have the written permission of his/her parents(s) or legal guardian and this person must accompany you to the classroom session of the BRC in order to sign all required paperwork, which includes a liability waiver.
