It IS fully grown. Rottweilers are fully mature at around 2 years old, and live 9 -12 years generally. p.s. the hip dysplasia (problem with the back legs when old) everyone is mentioning is from poor breeding & bad breeders – this is why it is SO important to buy from a reputable breeder. Mine were from parents that were OFA certified against hip dysplasia & never had one problem with their hips/legs!
