How old can babies start having nightmares?
My son Nicholas will be 1 years old soon and every night at least once from when my husband and I put him down for the night he wakes up screaming and crying so bad with tears and it kills us, I cry every night because of this because I am trying to figure out what it is. He is the happiest boy, he is so fun and energetic and is amazing all day everyday but every night there is at least that 1 big cry until we pick him up, comfort him and then I rock him back to sleep and he seems fine. In my gut it’s not because of teething pain or gas or the room may be cold, it actually seems like a nightmare but I don’t know what age they can really start because everyone seems to have a different answer. I am just looking for some advice or suggestions or if you have any similiar experiences.
