How old are the counsellors and what kind of training/qualifications do they have?
Counsellors are a minimum of seventeen years old, and many are university students. We provide training during our orientation week before camp starts, and many staff have their First Aid and CPR qualifications. All of our lifeguard staff has at a minimum their NLS qualifications. Finally, the majority of our staff took part in our month long CIT program.
