How often will the Tablet hardware be updated?
The hardware will be replaced at the end of the lease period if the system is purchased on a lease agreement basis. Typically this will be after 3 or 4 years. If the system has been purchased on capital expenditure basis, the hardware will be replaced on request, at the customer’s expense, typically this would be after 3 to 4 years.
