How often will the Individual Information Report (IIR) run?
The Individual Information Report (IIR) is scheduled to run weekly. In addition to the weekly IIR, firms will also receive a daily Individual Information Report Delta, containing changes made to an individual’s record from the previous day for individuals currently employed by the requesting firm. The Full IIR is generated every Sunday between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time (ET). The IIR Delta is generated Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., Eastern Time (ET). Please note that these times are approximations and will vary depending on when FINRA processes are completed. Additionally, other than during the Renewals Shutdown period, these reports will continue to be generated on FINRA holidays. To prevent firms from having to consume their Full IIR every week, the Monday IIR Delta includes changes since the generation of the ‘Friday’ IIR Delta.
