How often will the ClearDrain System operate?
A. This dual function system will operate once every fifteen minutes for duration of five (5) seconds. During that five (5) second period ClearDrain will purge all moisture and contamination from the wet tank thereby insuring against the possibility of seepage of contaminants throughout the air system. ClearDrain will continue to function as long as the ignition is switch is activated. When the vehicle is ultimately turned-off, the valve will open, remain in the open position and vent not only the wet tank but also the air line completely back to the compressor! ClearDrain remains open until the ignition is once again activated. Upon activation the valve closes and will again activate the timing sequence.
