How often will my computer communicate with the Absolute Monitoring Center?
Our “always on” Agent contacts the Monitoring Center once each day without any action from you. If you report your computer lost or stolen, Agent contact increases to every 15 minutes. In the event of a theft, we have Real Time Services that allow us to send an SMS message to initiate contact with the Agent in your computer versus waiting 24 hours for the next call.
