How often will I need to have BodyTalk?
There is no defined number of sessions that can be listed here, as everyone will have different requirements as to how many and how regular they will need BodyTalk. In some cases people will only need a handful of sessions (3-5), whereas with others who have long-standing physical or emotional conditions there may be a need for more ongoing BodyTalk. Every session ends with the question, “Is it a priority to schedule another BodyTalk session?” If so, a timeline is asked. This may be anywhere from a day (not common) to a week (more common) to a month (more common after several sessions). This may also be with the same practitioner or with someone completely different, depending on your requirements. As a general rule at SCS Health, we recommend at least one BodyTalk session a month. This is once you have had your initial sessions and have resolved the main initial reason for seeking out BodyTalk.
