How often will districts be monitored in reporting their HQT percentages?
The Department will monitor districts this year in achieving the 100% HQT goal by June 30, 2007 through the district improvement plans due on December 1, 2006, and the mid-year reports in the spring of 2007. Districts will continually be monitored in subsequent years via the Educator Personnel Information Management System (EPIMS), and site visits.
