A12. In order to qualify the Autograph renewal discount, participants will be required to upload their data at least once per term during their upload window. Customers can upload data as frequently as they like in order to use the driving reports available on the web, but must upload during the upload window in order to qualify for the discount. We’ll send participants an e-mail reminder when it’s time for them to claim their discount.
