How often should we hear from our real estate agent?
I talk to my real estate agent several times a week & it’s been like that since the beginning. But all agents are different. We were blessed & found an awesome real estate agent just by calling the number on one of the signs. We found some houses online & drove past to check out the neighborhood. When we found a few we liked we called him to meet us there to show us the houses. And he also sent us emails of houses that meet our criteria. The house that we are waiting to close on now is one of the ones he found. He worked really hard for us; our budget for buying a house is very low. He found us a great house in a great neighborhood! If you are unhappy with your real estate agent then you may need to find another one. Buying a house is a big decision & you need someone who is going to work with you every step of the way.
