How often should I use the Colema Board®?
The Colema Board may be used at the users discretion, however, they are not recommended to replace normal bowel function. As with laxatives, you do not want to become dependent on colonics to eliminate the colon on a daily basis. We find that most of our customers use the Colema Board between 2 to 14 times during the 7 day cleansing program. This program is generally done twice a year. Many use the Colema Board only when ill or signs of toxic build up are present.
