How often should I do Pilates, or Gyrotonic, and when will I see results?
For maximum results, we recommend 2 to 3 times a week. However, if you consistently come once a week, you will still see results. After just a few sessions you will feel a difference throughout your entire body, and in less than 20 you will see a difference! As with anything else, individual results may vary; and as always, the more you put in to your sessions, the more you will get out of them.
