One can never be too careful. If you intend to leave the rear cross member on the motorcycle it would be good to check the bolts on the passenger seat back each time you connect the elongated side frames. You will also want to check the set screws to ensure they are tight. To date we’ve not found it necessary to adjust either the passenger support nuts or any of the set screws.
