The Retirement Plan is a voluntary participation plan. There will be no invoices for contributions to the plan. Employer contributions can be made at any time or frequency. Employee (Salary Reduction) contributions must be remitted within 15 days of having been deducted from the paycheck. Most organizations remit monthly but some remit quarterly or even yearly.
