This entirely depends on the type of contact. Daily contacts should of course be worn one day and then thrown away. However, two week contacts can last much longer then two weeks. Although it is always recommended to follow the directions your eye doctor may give you, but with daily cleaning and good care even a pair of two week contacts can last a month.

Contact Lenses can be changed based on the usage of it. For example daily contact lenses should be changed daily in the morning and remove at night.
