How often must the PetroSavers Engine Oil Refiner be serviced?
Refiner Pac should be replaced every 20,000 miles or every 2,000 operating hours on new engines. The first Refiner Pac change in a system installed on engines may come somewhat sooner (half interval) — after about 10,000 miles or 1,000 hours — since it will have been accumulating contaminants that were already present in the engine. If an oil testing program is in operation, element changes can be based on the test results.
