How often is the Nutrient Analysis changed?
In the past the values were not changed once a product was posted on our website. The few times that we attempted to update the information it sent alarm bells to our valued customers. However, in this new era of absolute transparency in the pet food industry and with the maintenance of our integrity with you, our customers, our most sacred belief, we felt it was time to consider making updates to the NA a more constant feature of the information we provide to you. So, starting this year, we will begin the process of providing updates to the nutrient profile on all products either: • As a product is updated. All product updates will be announced and actively communicated so that you find no surprises. • Annually for core products in which no updates have been scheduled. • As NA become available for a product based on our routine testing.
