How often is the directory updated?
If your phone listing contains errors, please contact your carriage service provider to effect the necessary correction. Once this has been done we will receive an update of your listing from the IPND manager, and effect the changes in this directory. Please allow a few days between your notification and the updating of this directory.
Updating the Directory is a continuous process. We usually publish daily updates to our online search, and update the download versions every few months or when a significant number of changes have been made. Maintaining the hotspot directory is an ongoing activity and one of our primary focuses. We generally update our directory once a week. The directory updates will be pushed automatically to your Wi-Fi Hotspot Finder database whenever you are connected to the Internet according to your settings in the Wi-Fi Hotspot Finder’s preferences screen. To change your auto-update preferences, select the Preferences button on the bottom of your Wi-Fi Hotspot Finder screen.
