How often is rush for Chi Sigma Alpha National Sorority, Inc. held?
Two rushes are held per year. There is a fall rush and a winter rush where interested girls have chances to join the sorority. Q. What is a bid and what happens if I receive one? A bid is an invitation by a fraternity or sorority to pledge for that certain organization. If given a bid, the choice is yours for whether you want to accept it or not to become a pledge. Q. Will rush cost anything? All rush events are free and provided for by the sorority. Q. I noticed this is an Asian American interest sorority. Do I have to be of Asian ethnicity in order to rush/join? Absolutely not! While most members of Chi Sigma Alpha currently are of Asian ethnicity, the group is diverse and does not prejudice against any ethnicity, race, religion, or other denominations of people. As an Asian American interest sorority, we help the Seattle community as a whole with our philanthropy but place more emphasis on helping out the Asian American community. Have any questions?
