How often is NBS e-Cashier notified of changes for my Aims tuition account balance?
NBS e-cashier is updated on a regular basis throughout the month. Generally we update NBS once a week and also the 1st of every month. NBS will notify you my email whenever a change occurs with your payment plan. The student and/or responsible party can login into the MyFacts website to view their NBS account at all times. Please remember the balance showing on MyFacts account my not match to the Aims account due to timing of reports between the two agencies. PLEASE NOTE: ANY SCHEDULE AND/OR TUITION BALANCE CHANGES MADE BETWEEN THE 1ST AND 5TH OF THE MONTH WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR NEXT MONTLY PAYMENT FOR THAT MONTH. BE PREPARED TO MAKE YOUR REGULAR MONTHLY PAYMENT AS IT WAS BEFORE THE 1ST OF THE MONTH, YOUR REMAINING MONTHS OF PAYMENTS WILL BE ADJUSTED DUE TO THE CHANGE MADE.
