How often is maid service?
There is maid service once mid -week during guests stays of 1 week. Monthly rentals are self-catering except for linen provided. 7. Is there a laundry? The laundry is primarily for staff use. At other times guests may use the washer or laundry tub for full loads. The dryer is for staff use only. There is a clothes line in the yard. 8. Will anyone else be at the house? For security reasons a house-sitter or manager occupies the manager’s quarters on the 1st floor. If you reserved the Entire House( 5 bedrooms), no other guests will be booked during your stay. 9. Is the swimming at the house safe? Yes, the north side waters are safe for swimming. It is a bit less salty and much calmer than the ocean. Parents can relax on the dock while watching children swim. Child size life jackets are provided. 10. Are pets permitted at the house? Decked Out House permits mature pets on its 1st floor only. No puppies are permitted.
