How often is each user tracked by iTRAK-Q?
The iTRAK-Q application constantly calculates its position and records those positions on the handset, but information is transmitted to the central servers based on movement of the device. For example, with default settings, the handset transmits every 1/4 mile, or when it is stopped in one location for 2 minutes. This scheme is optimal since the handset sends more positions as it moves faster, and does not send redundant positions when it is stationary.
