How often is CMTS for Windows upgraded? How much do new releases cost??
We try to average at least one new upgrade per year. The last two upgrades of CMTS for Windows were in July 2002 and March 2003. The last two upgrades of OMS for Windows were in August 2002 and April 2003. Upgrades are free and automatically sent to customers provided that their support is current. Our secretary uses a program we wrote to track names and addresses. The treasure uses a different program at home to handle the finances. Another volunteer tracks donations on a spreadsheet and duplicates the secretarys work by maintaining another name list. Can CMTS allow everyone to work in different locations, avoid duplication of work, and continue to do their same job? YES! See the next question.
