How often is BT NetProtect updated?
BT NetProtect will normally check for updates every day. If you are permanently connected to the Internet, then BT NetProtect will usually check for updates every 24 hours. If you connect to the Internet less frequently than once a day, then BT NetProtect will check for updates when you next connect. Narrowband (dial up) customers should ensure that they remain online long enough for the updates to be downloaded to their PCs.
