How often is BNF data updated?
Whilst the central BNF data is updated twice a year, the other pages on the website are updated on a more regular basis. The BNF text is compiled with the help of over fifty expert clinical advisers under the authority of the Joint Formulary Committee (comprising representatives of the two publishers and the Department of Health). This allows the publication to provide impartial, authoritative and practical advice and ensures that the BNF remains reliable.
