How often is an e-teacher expected to write reports on students?

E-teachers fill in a very brief progress proforma which they then submit to the Project Office every fortnight. The proforma focuses on the progress made by the class as a whole, contact between the e-teacher and the classroom teacher, any technical problems and suggestions for improvement of the course. This proforma takes no more than 5 mins to complete. E-teachers may also be requested to submit one written report on each student per year to the school for which they are e-teaching.
