How often does the plan cover cleanings?
When seeing a PPO Delta Dentist, cleanings are covered 100% every 6 months. When seeing a Delta Premier Dentist, cleanings are covered at 80% after a $50 deductible every 6 months. Cleanings by all other dentists are covered every 6 months at 80% of the Usual and Customary Rate (which can be higher than the Delta Dental Contracted rate). You will be responsible for any amount your dentist charges over the Usual and Customary Rate.
