How often does the Nurse Manager evaluate the Patient?

0

The Nurse Manager sees each new Patient prior to beginning a Care Plan. Following this assessment, the Patient is seen according to the needs of the Patient and the amount of service being provided. The Nurse Manager will assure that care is sufficient, proper and safe. While the State of Georgia requires a home supervisory visit by the RN every 92 days, in some cases, the Nurse Manager may see Patients as often as once a week.
