How often does the job matching process occur at the Health System?
Any time the job requirements change substantially (generally greater than 20%) the supervisor should advance a review of the job. As a general guideline, job descriptions should be reviewed on an annual basis, preferably at the time of the annual performance review. This is the time when performance expectations (expected job results and behaviors) are reestablished.
