How often does the DBS database go down?
DBS system outages are a rare occurrence. There are a number of redundancies built into DBS and its infrastructure in order to reduce any maintenance, down time or system failures. All equipment and applications that make up the DBS solutions and services are continuously monitored and administrated so that faults are monitored before system outages occur. DBS understands that system outages will arise due to matters beyond our control. In an effort to resolve any system failures in a timely fashion, DBS has created escalation procedures to inform proper personnel in the event of any system outage.
