How often does my iFit Live Equipment download updates?

Your iFit Live Equipment will attempt to download updates in the following situations: 30 seconds after the machine is powered up (with or without the key). After any workout is finished, either by completing the workout or removing the key. Every 30 seconds or 3 hours of idle state, your iFit Live equipment will check for firmware (console) updates, user data, and additional workouts.
