How often do updates/upgrades occur?
With frequent changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, we cannot predict the future. (The current Interim Forms are still subject to revision before their final approval next year, and the Median Incomes changed 4 times in the first 15 months after Bankruptcy Reform). Electronic Filing is now fully implemented and new versions are being released every few months. Updates/upgrades therefore occur at a much faster pace than they did just a few years ago.
