How often do scheduled appointments actually begin on time?
We understand that your time is valuable, and agree that long waits for scheduled appointments are unacceptable. Over 95% of our appointments begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Furthermore, it is the policy of NVCBT that if your appointment ever begins late by 30 minutes or more, the session is free. If you need to reschedule due to our lateness of 30 minutes or more, the next session you are seen is free.
