How often do items arrive damaged?
The possibility that your order will arrive damaged is very small. We’ve been shipping glass and mirrors for more than a decade and work closely with UPS to ensure that our packaging can protect your purchase from their normal handling process. But, unfortunately, damage sometimes happens despite our best efforts. If your order is one of the few that arrives damaged, we’ll replace it right away at no further charge.
