You are required to change your passcode every 60 days for security reasons. You can change it more frequently if you’d like.

Change your passcode as often or seldom as you like. However, we strongly suggest that you change your passcode immediately if you suspect it has been compromised. To change your passcode, click the user services tab, and then click Change Passcode.

Changing your passcode is at your discretion. For your protection, we recommend that your change your passcode regularly. If you feel that your passcode has been compromised, immediately contact us at 1-866-892-7788. At any other time, you can change the passcode in the User Services tab.
