How often can I stay at Les Saisons?
Owners can stay at the property as often as they wish based on availability and in accordance with the Reservation Procedures. Each owner can reserve in advance (5) planned weeks per year in the following manner: Two weeks in the Winter / Spring, two weeks in the Summer / Fall and one additional week in either Winter / Spring or Summer / Fall. Once the planned weeks are confirmed for that upcoming season, owners can then reserve additional time on a Space Available basis at a fee of $150 per stay. There is no limit to the amount of time owners can stay at Les Saisons. Only 40 of 52 weeks of the year can be reserved through planned weeks.
