There are 2 different ways to answer your question. The first is one of possibilities. It is possible for a guinea pig to be pregnant 5 times in a year if she is bred back after each litter. The second is one of advisability. It is not advisable for a sow to have more than 3 litters a year. Many would say only 2 but with good nutrition and monitoring of condition, three is fine. Actually, there on people on this group who say that a sow should never be pregnant but that is another issue entirely!
