How often can a subscriber update their zip code area?
A subscriber can update their zip codes at any time. It is very important to note that the subscriber must have had that zip code entered at the time the original “new” AMBER Alert was sent. If a subscriber enters a zip code after the original “new” AMBER Alert went out, they will not receive updates or cancel notifications on that AMBER Alert.
