How often are the TOXNET databases updated on the FTP site for licensing?
Updated databases are placed on the FTP site by the close of the 28th of each month, Eastern Standard/Daylight Time. Occasional problems with the data or the coincidence of weekends or holidays may delay the data for 1-2 days. If there is any change in the data from the previous month, the new version will be placed on the site. Please note that some of these changes may be extremely minor.
