How often are the restrooms checked?
The restrooms are scheduled to be checked for cleanliness by staff on a 20 minute rotation. The staff is to pick up any litter on the floors, flush the toilets, check the paper stock in each stall, make sure the showers and sinks are clean and then sign off that these areas have been checked and are cleaned. We had the toilet flushers changed over to handles instead of buttons this year to make them easier for kids to flush and new toilets installed for easier maintenance. The showers are still and issue with pressure but we did have the pressure tested by Hamilton County and we are where we should be to meet standards and regulations. We also replaced the valves within the pipes to allow the water to flow more steadily. We still have problems with consistent pressure if the showers in both the men’s and women’s are in use and we apologize for this inconvenience and ask for your cooperation and patience with this.
