How often are the common parts cleaned?
Each area should be cleaned once a week. Recently Tony Sell, our caretaker, was busy sorting out access for the painting contractors on site so we had employed a cleaner for Tuesdays/Thursdays. The cleaning was not up to standard and we arranged a replacement for the cleaner. Tony thinks that the new chap is a lot better. Car Clamping Security International have taken over the old Ace contract for clamping illegally parked cars on the development. They will only clamp a car if it is not displaying a current Greenland Passage car parking permit with all the details visible. The Board had a lot of complaints about Ace and we hope that the new company will deliver a better service.
