How often are the CD-ROMs updated?
Each jurisdiction dataset is issued on a separate CD-ROM. MdProperty View parcel maps are updated annually on a flow basis. The most up-to-date production schedule is posted on the MdProperty View website as jurisdictions are completed. As a paid Subscriber, you receive the most current edition of a given jurisdictions CD-ROM available at the time of your order. For example, Anne Arundel County is currently in the 2004 Edition. The 2005 Edition CD-ROM will be produced and released around June of 2006. In the Anne Arundel County example, MDP would send you the 2004 Edition CD-ROM at the time of your order and forward the 2005 Edition CD-ROM to you as soon as it is released for distribution.
